The Highland Mint is hiring for multiple positions in multiple departments! We need 5-7 people for assembly, production and our shipping / packaging department!

All positions are full time with entry level starting pay. We offer a fully paid for health care plan, vision and dental. We offer a 401k, vacation time and holiday bonuses. We have company Christmas parties and summer picnics! You will always get 40 hours and if desired, overtime is available! Must have reliable transportation and be on time daily! Hours are 8am - 4:30pm. Clean background is a must and you will need to be able to pass a drug test.

Position Overview:

1. You will ensure that all customer service needs are met for all internal and external customers.
2. Coordinate all order input and related processes, provide timely customer correspondences, and any other administrative duties needed.
3. Perform general reception duties.

Requirements:

1. 2-year college degree preferred, ideally in a general business curriculum, or a combination of education and experience sufficient to meet/exceed the job requirements.
2. PC proficient with demonstrated knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
3. Highly organized, detail and results-oriented self-starter who prioritizes work flow and ensured excellent follow-up and follow through.
4. Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Working knowledge of general office practices, procedures and use of office equipment.
6. Able to report to work on time each workday, with minimal absenteeism.
7. MUST be able to pass a criminal background check as well as a drug screen.
